The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management is a four-year college course that is designed to develop in students a comprehensive knowledge of human resource management along with skills necessary for implementing strategic, effective, and HR practices in contemporary organizations whether private or public handling the many diverse human capital requirements of the organization including recruitment, staffing, training and career development.
