LCC-Bñ College Department‘s School of Business Administration; School of Psychology; School of Computer Studies and School of Hospitality Management have lined- up activities in consonance with the Institutional Graduate Attributes: Christ-centered, Service-learners, Life-long learners, Nationalist, Globally-competent individuals, Gender-sensitive individuals, Stewards of God’s creation and Research oriented. These programs have responded to Outcomes- Based Education as evidenced by its Curriculum and Instruction.
The College Department is receptive and responsive to the needs of the changing Philippine Educational Landscape brought about by the K-12 Transition Plan. Enrichment in Curriculum and Instruction is constantly being done. Offerings of other programs which entail satisfactory record in the National Board Examination are underway.
Preparations for accreditation by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities-Commission on Accreditation (PACU-COA) are in process for the School of Business Administration and School of Psychology.
Academe-Industry Partnership is likewise strengthened through the creation of ULCC-SL Industry Board which also takes part in the development of the curriculum. International On-the-Job Training is continuously encouraged.
Research and Outreach Programs are given focus in order that balance in the trilogy in education is achieved.
