BS in Hospitality Management

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) is a four year degree program designed to address the needs of the hospitality industry. This course leads to expertise in management of hotel, food and beverage services, competencies in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating MICE activities, risk management program to provide safe and secure workplace. This course also covers the process of conception, planning, development, human resource and management of the different aspects of hotel, restaurants and resort operations.

The BSHM program also provides students with technical skills, as well as knowledge in marketing, finance, budgeting, staffing and other fields of business. the program also aims to teach entrepreneurship skills.
